A Toll-free, Freecall, Freephone, 1-800 number is a special telephone number which is free to the calling party, and instead the telephone carrier charges the called party the cost of the call. A tollfree number is assigned from a special dialing prefix range (also known as area code) such as 1-800.What We do We shall give you an exclusive TollFree number (of AirTel). When your customer calls this number he will hear a pre-recorded Greeting as caller tune, and call will be disconnected and re-dialed on the given caller id. When re-dialed call is connected, it will be transferred to the agents logged in the ConVox Call Center Package. You can log-in in TollFree Handler Server and get the details of caller on-line.
